Terms of service

These terms describe permitted use of O1ne Marketing Assets, operated by O1ne Mortgage for its authorized business users.

1. Purpose and access

The tool helps organize, retrieve, store and verify marketing assets and reference materials in a designated Google Drive folder. Access is limited to people authorized by O1ne Mortgage. Viewing these public information pages does not grant access to the application, connected accounts or files.

By using the tool, you agree to use it within your assigned authorization and these terms. If you are not an authorized user, do not attempt to access its private functions.

2. Your responsibilities

Connect only accounts and materials you are authorized to use. Keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, introduce harmful content, or use the tool unlawfully.

Provide only materials appropriate for the marketing workflow. Do not place borrower application documents, identity documents or financial account credentials in its asset folder.

3. Materials and review

You retain the rights you hold in your materials. You authorize the tool and its supporting providers to process those materials as needed to perform the project tasks you request, as described in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for uploaded photographs, logos, documents, music and other content. Uploading a file does not establish that it is current, accurate, licensed or approved for publication.

Reference materials and AI-assisted work require appropriate human review. Content must receive the required business and compliance approvals before it is published.

4. No lending decision or offer

The tool and these information pages do not accept mortgage applications, approve loans, establish eligibility or offer credit. Marketing materials and product references do not replace current lender requirements or review by an authorized mortgage professional.

5. Connected services

Google Drive and other supporting services are governed by their own applicable terms. Their availability, limits or authorization requirements may affect the tool. We may change or suspend a connection for maintenance, security, loss of authorization or compliance with these terms.

The tool does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every reference document or generated output is error-free.

6. Ending access

You may stop using the tool and revoke connected-account access. O1ne Mortgage may end access when a user’s business authorization ends or when necessary to protect the service. Disconnection does not itself delete existing assets; deletion requests are handled as described in the privacy policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the tool changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to authorized users’ attention as appropriate before they take effect.
