Privacy policy

This policy explains how O1ne Mortgage handles information through O1ne Marketing Assets, its internal tool for managing marketing assets and reference materials.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the asset tool, its Google Drive connection and this public information site. Separate mortgage application and servicing systems have their own privacy notices. This tool is not intended to collect borrower application documents or determine creditworthiness.

2. Information we access

With authorization, the tool accesses project file contents and metadata, including file and folder identifiers, names, types, sizes, modification information, checksums and access capabilities. Materials may include logos, professional photographs, product guidelines and media files.

We also retain credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection and limited operational records needed to verify file operations and troubleshoot errors.

3. Google Drive permissions

The upload connection uses Google’s per-file authorization for files created or authorized for the app. A separate service account reads materials through sharing access to the designated project folder. Application checks restrict file operations to that folder. Connecting Drive does not make its contents public.

4. How we use information

We use authorized data to organize and retrieve materials, save assets, verify file integrity and maintain project records. Project operators may review files with the owner’s authorization. Authorized technical and AI-assisted tools may process those materials to carry out the requested project work.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and service providers

Permanent asset files are stored in the designated Google Drive folder. Project databases may store file references, metadata and checksums. Authorized project computers may hold working copies for inspection and processing.

Google provides Drive storage. Railway hosts project infrastructure. Authorized development and operational tools, including OpenAI Codex, may process materials for the project work described here. Access is limited to authorized operators and providers supporting those tasks. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate security incidents.

Files are not automatically published by connecting the folder. Publication of marketing content requires separate approval.

6. Retention and deletion

Project assets remain in the owner’s Drive until the owner deletes them or authorizes their deletion. Credentials, metadata and working copies are retained while needed for the connection and project work, subject to applicable record-retention obligations.

To request removal of stored credentials, working copies or project metadata, contact gkfoury2376@gmail.com. The project operator will review and carry out the request, including identifying any records that must be retained.

7. Disconnecting access

You can revoke the app’s OAuth authorization through Google Account connections. To disconnect the folder reader, remove the service account’s access in Google Drive’s sharing settings. These are separate connections.

Revocation stops future access through the affected connection. It does not automatically delete files already stored in Drive or copies previously created for project work.

8. Public website and security

These information pages use no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or application cookies. Hosting and network providers may process routine request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the site.

We restrict access to project credentials and use encrypted connections for data transfer. Please do not email passwords, access tokens, Social Security numbers or borrower documents to the support address.

9. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when data practices change and obtain additional authorization where required before using Google data for a new purpose. This tool is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children.
